Reasons for failure of mass flow meters

The amount of flow meters used in industrial production has been increasing substantially.
Among them, the mass flow meter is an instrument that can help people make measurements.
This instrument must pay attention to its use in the process of use,
In this way, some malfunctions will not occur in use.

So how to find the cause when there is a problem with the hardware?

①Before using the mass flowmeter, it must be installed correctly,
At this time, we must do it according to the specifications.
If the standardization of the installation cannot be guaranteed,
Will lead to zero drift of the flowmeter,
In this way, the measurement is definitely not possible, and even if the measurement is performed, the subsequent data cannot be used.

The corresponding force signal cannot be generated when the connecting flange is welded, which will also cause interference in the subsequent use process.
It is also best not to have cables beside the sensor. In that case, the magnetic field generated by the cables will definitely cause some interference with the mass flowmeter.

②There is a problem with the wiring,
It will also affect the normal operation of the mass flowmeter,
If the power cable is connected incorrectly, it will cause the monitor to fail to display.
If the alternating current is used, when the current is unstable, it is easy to cause damage to the fuse, which will also adversely affect the measurement work.

③During the measurement, if air is found to be mixed in the measured medium, a two-phase flow phenomenon will occur. At this time, the transmitter will definitely give the staff an alarm notification.
If this situation is more serious, the sensor will automatically stop all work.

If the mass flowmeter is in use, if there are some failures,
Basically it can be repaired,
As long as you understand the reasons that easily lead to the failure of the flowmeter before use,
Only when the reason is known can we take corresponding measures and prescribe the right medicine to solve the fault problem.
